BULGARIA'S PREPARATIONS GERMAN OFFICERS ADVISING. (Received October 1, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, 30th September. Athens' reports state that Bulgaria has reinforced the troops on the Greek and Servian frontiers. Three divisions have been sent to Maronia, three others to Forneef, and a large force to Dedeagatch in case of attack by sea. Four German submarines have been seen off Varna. A French official wireless message states that German officers at Sofia are conferring with the Bulgarian Staff in preparation for a campaign against Servia. THE BULGARIAN CABINET (Received October 1, 2.30 p.m.) SOFIA, 30th September. M. Malinoff has refused to co-operate with M. Radoslavoff's Cabinet, as he believes that Bulgaria ought to side with the Quadruple Entente. MM. Toncheff and Belakoff have re-entered the Cabinet. ■ 1 ON THE SERVIAN FRONTIER HALF A MILLION AUSTRO-GERMAN TROOPS. (Received October 1, 2.30 p.m.) PARIS, 30th September. Le Temps Nish correspondent estimates that half a million Austro-Germans are massed on the Servian • frontier, including 350,000 Germans.
