(IT tELEGRAFH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) - " vMASTERTON, 29th Sept. The annual meeting of the Wairarapa Farmers' Co-op. Association was held today. The chairman of directors, in moving the adoption of the report, stated that the profit for the year showed an increase of £1108 on the profit of last year. The surplus of assets of the company over liabilities amounted to £150,932, and, as trade had become normal, the directors had thought it prudent to recommend a dividend of 9 per cent., from -which income tax would be deducted. The Chairman, urged that the motto for the future should be "Business as usual, but avoid extravagance and waste." Messrs. D. J. Nathan, D. Gaselberg, and V. C. Tumor were re-elected directors, and Messrs. Badham and Sellar auditors.
