CENTRAL MISSION
FIFTEEN YEARS OF WORK. Tha fifteenth anniversary of ths Wellington Central Mission was celebrated yesterday by 1 removal from the New Theatre to Everybody's Theatre, where future Sunday evening meetings will be held. The services yesterday, began with a -band performance and meeting at Winder's Corner, the identical spot where the Mission began its work. Eight of the original bandsmen are still attached to the Mission, and Mr. Harry Baker is still conducted. The Anniversary sermon was preached at Webb' street Church by Rev. Knovdes Smith, the missioner. In the afternoon there was a large attendance at Everybody's Theatre, when a band concert was given, and the Hon. J. G. W. Aitken delivered an address on "True Patriotism." Solos were con» tributed by Madame Mueller, Messrs. .Coiirtetiay Molir, W. Xelwn, and Mayall. At the evening service the band, choir (under Mr. Jfelson), and orchestra (under Lieut. •Col. O. D. • Macintosh) rendered selections, nnd Miss Boutell and Mr. T. Newton sang. Row Knowles Smith preached on "The Quest of Love."
