KING OF ITALY'S ORDER. (Received June 26, 8.40 a.m.) ROME, 25th June. Owing to the bombardment of defenceless towns and the destruction of merchantmen, a Royal decree directs that compensation should be paid from confiscated enemy's merchantmen or goods.
