THE NEW WAR LOAN
FACILITIES FOR WORKERS TO INVEST. (Received June 25, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, 24th June. ■ Mr. Reginald M'Kenna, Chancellor of the Exchequer, addressing a representative meeting of employers, urged them to provide facilities for the supply of war loan vouchers to their workmen. Some firms propose to purchase vouchers and to permit workers to acquire them by small weekly instalments.
