REFORMATORY BOYS
SPLENDID WAR RECORD. ■ (Received June 1 25, 1.30 p.m.) l LONDON, 24th June. Among those who have served in the military and naval forcea during the war are 19,648 boys trained in reformatory and industrial schools. Three have won Victoria Crosses, twenty-five distinguished conduct medals, twenty have been mentioned in despatches, three were decorated by the French .Government, and eight nave received commissions. Five hundred and ninety-two have been killed and 1540 wounded. The Home Secretary ha« written congratulating tho schools.
