DAILY MAIL'S WARNING. MUST NOT OUTGUN THE BRITISH. (Received June 24, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, 23rd June. The Daily Mail's naval correspondent, commenting on the reports that the Germans are rushing the completion ships armed with 17-inch guns, declared that victory in naval warfare has gone uniformerly to the biggest guns, and urges the Admiralty net to allow the Germans to gain an a&cendancy.
