PEACE PROPOSALS TO BELGIUM AND SERVIA
(Received June 24, 8.30 a.m.) ATHENS, 23rd June. The newspaper Messenger s^ys that Germany and Austria have offered a separate peace to Belgium and Servia. They agreed to evacuate Belgium and purchase the Belgian Congo, on condition that the troops of the Allies should nob be allowed to cross Bolgiuni, while Servia, \sds olfered Bosnia and a portion ol tho Adriatic.
