Family Hotel, Foxton.
Visitors to Foxton are specially recommended to stay at the Family Hotel. This house sine© it has been under the charge of Mr. Fred W. Gardes has become a very popular one. The conduct of it is most exemplary, while the accommodation provided, both in regard to the bedrooms and table, is not excelled in any town in New Zealand. The tariff is extremely moderate, and the attention first-class, and those whose business takes them to the seaport town of Manawatu have no occasion' to go further afield, because the Family Hotel affords everything in the way of accommodation that is desired by commercial travellers, families, and others.
