SOLDIERS' SETTLEMENTS IN CANADA. (TIKES IND.SIDNIT SUN BBRTICBS.) LONDON, 22nd June. Sir Thomas Shaughneesy, President of the Canadian Pacific Railway Company, has arranged for the extensive settlement of time-expired English soldiers on the Canadian Pacific Company's western lands at the conclusion of the war.
