' PURSUANT to Section 3 of the Town Boards Amendment Act, 1910, the Johnsonville Town Board hereby gives notice that a meeting of the Town Boari will be held on the 7th day of July, 1915, at the Offices of tho Johnsonville Town Board, at Johnsonville, for the purpose of confirming the following resolution by way of special order: "In pursuance and psercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies Loans Act. 1913, and the Town Boards Act, 1908, and its ameiiiments, and of every other power (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Johnsonvillo Town Board hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows : (1) That the Board proceed to raise a loan of Two thousand pounds (£2000) for tho purpose of _ repaying an overdraft of £2000 which existed at the date of the coming into operation of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913. (2) That the said loan be called 1 The Johnsonville Town Board Overdraft Repayment Loan of £2000, 1910.' (3, That the currency of the said loan shall be for a period of thirty-six and a-half (36i) years, commencing on the Ist day of June, 1915, and maturing on tho Ist, day of December, 1951. (4) That the interest on the said loan shall be at the rate of Five pounds five shillings (£5 ss) per centum per annum, and be payable halfyearly on the Ist days of June and December. ,(5) That the form of security for the repayment of principal and interest of tho said loan shall be ten debentures of Two_ hundred pounds (£200) each, and relative coupons i in a form in conformity with the provisions of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913. (6) That the Board doth hereby appropriate and pledge as security for the repayment _ of the said loan^and the interest, sinking fund, and other charges thereon the special rate of 11-64ths of a penny in the pound on tho rateable value. (on the' basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Johnsonville Town' District. (7) That the principal and interest shall be payabld at the Bank of New Zealand, Wellington.
