REPORTED ADDITIONS. INCLUDING TWO BATTLESHIPS. LONDON, 21st June. A German naval officer asserts that Germany has built two battleships of 26,000 tons, and 25 knots speed, with 15in guns, since August, besides 48 submarines, including twelve of 800 tons, with a speed of IB knots submerged and 20 on the sucface. '
