PRICES OF COMMODITIES
FIXED BY PROCLAMATION. SYDNEY, 18th June. A Proclamation fixes the wholesale prices of Cumberland and Northumberland bran at £8 J.Us, and pollard £9 per ton. Elsewhere bran is 50s and pollard 60s above the local prices obtaining on 10th September. Butter, boxed, first grade, is fixed at 149s 4d, second grade 144s 4d, third grade 139s 4d. The retail price is twopence per pound above the wholesale price. ?
