CONTRABAND COTTON THE NEW ARRANGEMENT.
LONDON", 17th June. Lord Robert Cecil, in the House of Commons, said that the Government I had taken steps to prevent cotton eni tering Germany. All cotton from Qverj seas suspected of enemy destination I would be brought to poit and restored , to the owners on the Prize Court terms.
