AMERICAN AMMUNITION FACTORIES
BEING STRONGLY GUARDED. (TIMES AND SYDNXr SON SBRTICES.) (Received June 18, 8 a.m.) LONDON, 17th June. The guards 'of the ammunition and arms factories in America are being strongly reinforced, in consequence of the Secret Service reporting that in the event of a rupture with Germany a concerted attempt will be made to blow them up.
