WHAT LIMITED HER SPEED? LONDON, 17th June. The captain of the Lusitania gave evidence thai the average speed on the journey was twenty-one knots. He could not make twenty-five, because he was working only nineteen out of the twentyfive- boilers, by orders of tho company. He could not get more than twenty ( ?) knots out of the vessel.
