Tlm> finances wore in si satisfactory condition. It wm decided that the headquarters should lomain at Auckland for another year The following officers were elected! — President, Mr. G. C. Garlick, Auokland ; vice-president, Mr. H. F. Ncos, Dunodin ; trustees, Messrs. Parkinson and L. Clark ; auditor, Mr. W. H. Lamb, Auckland ; assessors, for the Conciliation Council, Messrß. Nees (Dunedin), Cousins (Auckland), and Collio (Wellington).
