CONSOLIDATED DENTAL COY.
The seventeenth annual general'meeting of the New Zealand Consolidated Dental Co.. Ltd., was held last evening at the registered office of the company. The Chairman of Directors (Hon. J. G. W. Aitken) announced a. successful year in spite of the war. The directors' report and balance-sheet were adopted. The profit-and-loss account showed a balance of £3328 13s 6d, which it was decided to apply as follows :— To payment of a dividend of 7 per cent., £2060 3s 4d ; 2£ per osnt. bonus to holders of five or I more shares at 3lst March, 1915. on ', their purchases for the year, £404 12s lldj reserve account (making same £6150), £500 j carry forward to next year, £363 17s 3d. The retiring director (Mr. Andrew Gray) was re-elected, as also were the retiring auditors for Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin, and Wellington.
