(PRESS ASSOCIATION.) TERRIBLE SUFFERING FROM GAS

MEN CAUGHT WHILE ASLEEP. (Received May 28, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 27th May. Benter's agent at British Headquarters says that the only result the Germans achieved by Monday's gas attack at Ypres was to inflict terrible suffering on a targe number of men, many of whom were caught by the fumes while asleep.
