WANDERING CATTLE
The great nuisance caused by wandering cattlo in the suburban, districts was the subject of two complaints received by the City Council last night. Councillor Frost said iL was certainly time some drastic action was taken. Everywhere hedges had been destroyed, and the position was becoming very serious. The council .decided to ma&e special representations to the officers concerned.
