DORSET MEN
Dorset men, wtio held their annual " Yeast " at the Burlington Restaurant, hang well together in Wellington, and attract also their fellow county-men from Hawkes Bay and further afield.,/ •Mr. W. H. Hartgill presided. Rev. J. Lush, of Havelock North, proposed " Dorset," and other speakers were Messrs. H. S. Moore, T. Par*on#, Jame* Beeant, E. Mace, J. F. Atkins. The entertainers (including the singing of the old county song, " The Turmit Hoer ? "' by Mr. Moore) were Messrs. James Hiscock and S. P. Hooper. "Brother Daisets at the Vront" were not forgotten,'" and kindly sympathy was expressed fov Colonel Hume, who was unable to be. present to »hare m the conviviality.
