Afc the woil sales there was good competition for best merinos, but shabby sorts were irregular. Prices for crossbreds were unchanged. The following prices were realised for the fleece por* tions of tho clips named :—Laife Cowal, top 13id, average lid,- Burrabogio, 13d and l2d j Carawobity, 12£ d nnd 10§d; Rosevale. 31d and 29gd; Mondooroo, 28£ d and 26J d; Pardoo, 9^d arid 9gd. New Zealand : Tamumu, 16d and 15gd.
