(Received May 4, 8.30 a.m.) j LONDON, 3rd May. ! The correspondent of The Times at Sofia states that extensive arrangements are being made for enforced mobilisation throughout European Turkey. All available men, including refugees, are being called to the colours. The garrison at Adrianoplo ha* been sent to Koshan, north of the Gulf of Saros, where there is a great concentration of troops. Heavy guns from Fort Papaztepe are being sent south. ■ Many mules for the transport of quickfirers have been collected at Demotika. Wire entanglements have been sent to Koshan, 16 is doubtful if arms are available for the new levies.
