INDEMNITY BILL READ A SECOND TIME. (Received March 19, 10 a.m.) CAPETOWN, 18th March. The Indemnity Bill was read a second time in the Union Assembly by 70 to 15. The entire Opposition voted with ihe Ministry ; the Hertzogites and Labourite* formed the minority.
