CHRISTIAN ENDEAVOUR CONVENTION
The meetinga in connection , with the Christian Endeavour Convention, which commenced las*. Saturday, were concluded last night, with a Conaecration Service. The Rev. W. Shirer gave an address, prior to which he inducted the following officers for the ensuing year :— Preeident, Rev. J. H. White; viee-pre-' sidents, Roy. E. R. Wegton and Mr. L. J. Brabin. The address wae an appeal to fulfil the Consecration vow«. The roll was called, and responded to by the various societies, who were present in large numbers. Greetings were read from the Rev. M. B. Gray (president), the Rev. J. T. Pfofold (secretary of the N.Z.O.E. Council), and also from th« Auckland, Otago, apd Southjawi Union*.
