In a compensation case, Charles Johnson, of Ngaio, labourer, against M'Arthur. Milliken and Co., Ltd., of Kaiwarra, tho Arbitration Court (Mr. Justice Stringer presiding) made an adjournment to the next sitting of the Court at Wellington.
