AUSTRIA AND ITALY DISCUSSIONS MUST NOT END IN OPEN CONFLICT.
COPENHAGEN, Bth March. The Socialist paper Vorwaerts says that discussions between Austria and Italy must not be allowed to end in an open conflict. Germany, having _ risked everything for Austria, has a right to demand a solution suitable to Germany's interests.
