Official : The Austrians are massing large forces on the Montenegrin frontier and driving the Montenegrins out of Herzegovina, and Bosnia. Many Orthodox Greek Church families are suffering terrible hardships. TRANSFERRED TO KONIYA LARGE SUMS OP TURKISH MONEY THE EX-SULTAN. (Received March 9, 2.5 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, Bth March. Eight million sterling has been transferred to Koniya; also large sums that had been deposited in German banks, despite the latter's resistance. Reuter reports : Abdul Hamid, the exSultan, has removed to Koniya.
