Metcalfe's 961 acres, situated Raglan ; the accommodation house at Cape Runaway, the property of Mr. R. Young ; Mrs. M'Conachie's general store. Ford ell ; Mr. W. Farrelly's 1153 acres, Inglewood ; Mr. E. Platt's 76 acres. Eketahunaj Mr. W. 11. Karsten's 447 acres, Manakau ; Mr. D. Rowell's 62 acres, Koputaroa; My. J. Turner's 16 acres, Waikanae ; Mr.' N. G. Hawthorne's 480_ acres, Martinborough ; Messrs. Jefferies Bros.'s 1000 acres, Raglan ; Mr. J. Eayne's 200 acres, Hukanui ; Mr. Lobb's 130 acres, Bunnythorpe ; nine acres, Carterton, the property of the i Dennison Estate ; Mr. R. Barnett's four and a-quarter acres, Korokoro; and Mr. E. G. Knight's 238 acres, Feilding. In nearly every case tho stock v woiJt with the property at valuation.
