WITH THE RIFLE

SATURDAY'S SHOOTING "v" v KAROIU RIFLE CLUB - $ The Karon Rifle Club fired the second match of its second series for trophies donated by Messrs. Comrie, W. J. Blundell, A. Collins, G. Jones, Judd and Randell, and the clnb, the ranges being 300 and 600 yards. Except for a difficult patch of weather at the commencement of the 600 yards shoot the conditions were good. Rflm. J. The leading positions for the championship are at a very interesting stage just now — only one point separating the first four competitors.
