Antwerp reports an epidemic of suicides and cases of insanity under the severe German Administration. TRAINLOADS OF INSANE. COPENHAGEN, 30th January A doctor who was recently in Berlin states that thoimande of soldiers continue to return mentally deranged. He has seen trainloads of bucli men who were otherwise perfectly well.
