AUSTRIAN ARMY
COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF SUSPENDED. LONDON, 24th December. A message from Vienna states that the Commander-in-Chief of the Austrian Army which was defeated in Servia has been removed from his post, and has been succeeded by the Archduke Eugen, who, prior to the war, was the Com-mander-in-Chief in the Tyrol and Voralberg.
