MORE CARD-PLAYING
AND A YOUNG MAN'S MONEY. (»r TBLEORtPH— PKESS ASSOCIATION) AUCKLAND, 24th December. Frederick Cnmithors, James Davidson, and Reginald Simpson, who were committed to the Supreme Court' yesterday for defrauding 1 a Gisborno youth of £17 10s, were charged to-day with defrauding Thomas Hendrickson of £10 16s. The evidence showed that Hendricksoti was induced to play cards for drinks, and was informed at tho close, of the game that ho owed the pool £13 16s. He paid but later informed the police. Accused were committed for trial.
