NEW ZEALAND RECORD BUREAU
(FROM OUR OWN CORUBSPOMjEhT.) LONDON, 11th November. The Record Bureau, in connection with tho New Zealand Expeditionary Force, which Mr. T. E. Donne is superintending, is now an established fact so far as the English contingent at Bulford is concerned. It will be remembered that the War Office lequested the High Commissioner to form the bureau, which will be the medium for all communication between friends in New Zealand and the men at the front. There is plenty of work even in connection with the 200 'men on Salisbury Plain, and. of course, when the Main Expeditionary Force arrives, the biueau will have to RO at full pressure. It it. felt in Xew Zealand chcles in London that the High Commissioner has made an excellent appointment in the person of Mr. T. E. Donne, who&e abilities for organisation and methodical working will have ample scope. All letleis to the men v\ill be dealt with by the lecording officer, wills will be deposited with him, also any personal effects that ' the men may cue to leave in England. The lecording officer, too, answeis all enquiries as to the whereabout* and well-being ot th» men. Already a heavy mail of letter for members of the Expeditionary Force has arrived Both Camda and Australia have e&tabhshed lc-cord offices in Victoria-street.
