BY-LAW BREACHES
Several bylaw cases were heard before Mr. D. G. A. Cooper, S.M., at to-d*y's sit. ting of the Magistrate's Court. For drivihg motor oars without a tail light attach' ed, Walter Anderson and William Harper were both fined ss, with costs. Similar penalties were imposed on Dr. Cahill and Thomas Mingle for leaving their car unlighted in tho public thoroughfare. Albert Cameron and Cleonbine Rush were both convicted of driving motor oars furiously and negligently along Lambtonquay, and they were each fined £1, with 7s and 9s costs respectively.
