ALLEGED LIBEL
CABINET MINISTER AND A NEWSPAPER. SYDNEY, 30th November. The hearing of the case in which the .Attorney-General (Mr. Hall) claims £5000 damages for alleged libel against the newspaper Worker has commenced. The ground of the action is an article charging miscarriage of justice against Mr. Hall in refusing to file a bill against a man who was committed for trial for allegedly making a false declaration.
