GERMAN SUBMARINES SUNK
ONE RAMMED OFF WESTENDE. (Received November 16, 9 a.m.) CALAIS, 15th November. The newspapers state that a French torpedo-boat entered Dunkirk on Friday and reported the ramming and sinking of a German submarine off Westende, a few miles west of Ostend.
