WELL-WATERED MILK
VENDOR FINED £20. (IT TELEGRAPH— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) FOXTON, This Day. At the local S.M. Court this morning, Davis, a milk vendor, was fined £20 and costs for selling adulterated milk containing 20 par cent, of water. The Magistrate, Mr. Poynton, severely commented upon the abuse of articles of food 'so many depended upon, instancing women and children.
