Following are the fixtures for to-mor-row: — South — General practice in uniform at "Soccer" Park. East — Field practice at "Soccer" grounds. Central — Practice for senior and tho boys' divisions will bo hold at Kilbirnie. V.M.C.A — There will bo a field practice at "Soccer" grounds at 2.45 p.m.
The camp for reinforcements for the Main Expeditionary Force will be commenced at Trentham on Wednesday next. The arrangements are now well in band. Major H. R. Potter, N.Z.S.C, who so successfully conducted the recent big encampment at Paltnerston North, will have charge of the camp. At 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon John Hughes, aged 58, was admitted to the Ohiro-road Home, and some time after daybreak he was found dead in his bed. An inquest will be held at 9.30 a.m. to-morrow. Deceased had not complained of feeling unwell. Sporte shoos for cricket, tennis, and bowls are being advertised by R. Hannat} and Co., Ltd., Lamtbon-quay and OubaBtrcet.
