RUN OVER BY MOTOR-CAR

ACCIDENTAL DEATH. The inquest upon James Gillen, who was found in an alley-way off Courtenayplace on Friday night, was resumed, and concluded to-da.y, before the Coroner, Mr. D. G. A. Cooper, S.M. The deceased was run over in the right-of-way by Dr. Tolhurst's motoi-car, and was taken to the hospital suffering from fatal injurios. After hearing several Witnesses, the Coroner returned a verdict that doath was due to shock, resulting- from the injuries re* ccived in being run over by the motorcar, and that no blame whatever wa-s attachable to Dr. Tolhurst.
