JV?/#)?#r "Sftep is to be taken in the direction of haying a new railway terminus for Wellington. On Friday next the City Council will meet to consider the Wellington Streets Alterations Bill. This will deal with the streets around the site of the new Wellington station. It is learned from the Mayor that an agreement has boon practically arrived at between the authorities in regard to this matter, but it is necessary that the council as v whole should consider the matter of the promotion of special legislation during this Bossion to give ouecfc to the alterations proposed.
