SWIMMING AND LIFE-SAVING CLUB
- - —«» — The annual meeting of the Worser Bay Amateur Swimming and Life-sav-ing Club waaheld last evening, Mi*. J. Brodie presiding. The report congratulated the club on its 6trong position —financially and otherwise. The club has a membership of 221 —161 seniors and 60 juniors. With the assistance of the Miramar Borough Council and the Royal Life-sav-ing Society, the club will have next season a life-saving reel of the latest pattern. The club's assets are valued at £336 18s lid, and the balance, of assets over liabilities is £150 12s 6d. The following ar« thanked for donations and trophies : —Messrs. W. H. D. Bell, M.P., C. J.
