FIRING AT FORT DORSET, No. 3 Company Garrison Artillery Division engaged in big- gun firing last evening at two Hongkong targets towed by the Defence steamer Janie Seddon. , ' The targets were towed out beyond the Heads shortly after " seven o'clock and ! were quickly picked up by the searchlights.
