SENATE RETURNS. SYDNEY, 9th September. The Senate returns are still coming in. Three Labour men lead in New South Wales, followed by two Liberals. Mr. Chris. Watson (Labour) and Mr. Oakes (Liberal) are making a stiff -fight for sixth place. (Received September 10, 1 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Additional returns received up till a late hour last night did not r affect the position of the parties. Labour still leads at Corio and Indi, while Grampians remains uncertain. ! WINDING UP OF A COMPANY. ' SYDNEY, 9th September. I The Court has granted an application for winding up a company known as J. Eaule Hermann, Ltd., the petitioners being the Fanti Consolidated Mines Company, London. In a letter to the press, Mr.« F. W. Bacon, chairman of directors of Bowron Bros.' Export Trading •Company, states that J. Eai'lo Hermann is no longer a member of the Board of Directors of Bowron Bros.
