THE KAISER AT THE FRONT
WATCHES BATTLE NEAR NANCY. (Received September 10, 10.30 a.m.) GENEVA, 9th September. A telegram from Basle states that the Kaiser, attended by a small staff, watched the battle on Monday from a hill in the neighbourhood of Nancy. A BOMB DROPPED. (Received September 10, 8 a.m.) PARIS, 9th September. A German aeroplane dropped a bomb at Nancy, bub no one was injured. Many windows wete shattered.
