PRINCE ALBERT'S ILLNESS
OPERATION PERFORMED., (Received September 10, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 9th September. An operation for appendicitis was performed this morning on Prince Albert, the King's second son, who recently was invalided home from H.M.S. Collingwood, Flagship of the British Fleet in the North Sea. The condition of the Prince is satisfactory.
