LENIENT TREATMENT OF SLAVS. (Received September 10, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 9th September. It is reported that Russia is liberating Galicians on parole, hoping to create a good impression in Galicia. While the; Austrian-Slovaks and Croatians are treated a« leniently as possible, the Germans and Hungarians are puni&hed with full severity.
