REPORTED TO HAVE DIED TWELVE DAYS AGO. (Received Sopteinbor 10, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 9th September. It is nnnoiii'cd in Holland that the Austrian Kmperor, Francis Joseph, died twelve days ago. [The aged Austrian Emperor was reported some lime- ago to be at the point of death, but a few days ago he was said to bo able to walk about. He has had an extraordinarily unhappy career, and the war, which has apparently brought about the downfall of his Empire, is only the crowning catastrophe of a series of terrible events throughout his long reign.]
