DEEP IMPRESSION IN ITALY LONG WAR NO ADVANTAGE. (Received September 9, 8.20 a.m.) ROME, Bth September. The Declaration signed by the Triple Entente has produced a profound impression in Italy. The public are beginning to feel that a protracted war cannot l>e of advantage to neutrals. « SATISFACTION IN NEW YORK. (TIMES AND SYDNEY SUN SERVICES.) NEW YORK, 7th September. The Allies' Agreement has been received as satisfactory. It is believed that a German triumph would mean conscription and then militarism in America.
