HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE.
At His Majesty's Theatre last evening an attractive and varied programme was presented before a large audience. Marcel and Bell, who made a welcome reappearance, were responsible for an interesting act. Eccentric dancing ahd difficult acrobatic work were performed with an ease that was surprising. Another distinct success was scored by Bonita^ in her sharp-shooting act. The exhibition was a clever one, and met with hearty rounds of applause from the audience. Another novel performance was given by Billy ' Lee, a master of the stockwhip, and his difficult feats were executed with such ease that they seemed the merest trifles. Sterling and Love. English comedians, once more captured the audience with a new and clever sketchy entitled "Discord and Harmony," and their combined talent received appreciative recognition. Mr, Phil Percival also contributed a bright turn, which seived to keep a simmer of humour during the course of his act. Another humorous interval was provided by Phillips and Merrltt, adepts in ragtime ; and the Bright Sisters gave some graceful dancing. Some songs were pleasingly sung by Miss Ray de Vei'e. Other artists included Sam la Mei-t, a clever siffleur, and Miss Tilly Dunb'ar, a character comedienne.
